How to measure

Stone plugs are measured by the diameter of the wearable area — the part that goes through your ear. For the most accurate fit, use a caliper to measure your current jewelry or your stretched earlobe.

Step-by-step: Place the caliper tips on opposite sides of your plug or earlobe, read the measurement in millimeters, and compare with our 1:1 size chart below.

If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for comfort. Stone plugs should only be worn in fully healed ears.

When in doubt, size down

Stone plugs should fit snugly but comfortably. If between sizes, the smaller size is always better.
